I’m a design leader with 15+ years of experience across product design, research, and social design. I currently work as a Senior Design Manager at Diligent.

Over the years, I’ve built, scaled, and led design teams, shaped product strategy, and cultivated strong design cultures across both startups, global enterprises and the public sector.

I hold an MSc in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design in New York, where I focused on social innovation and leadership.

I’m an active contributor to the design community, both as an organizer and speaker.

I’m part of the organizing team behind Amuse / Compass Tech Summit, one of the leading design and tech conferences in Central Europe, where I help shape the program and bring together inspiring voices from across the industry.

I also regularly speak at events, participate in panel discussions, and join roundtables, sharing perspectives on design leadership, research, and building impactful product organizations.

Giving back to the design community is important to me. I’m passionate about seeing our industry evolve, continuously redefine itself, and contributing to that conversation.
